Volunteers are the backbone of Sailability!
Volunteering is a great opportunity to contribute to the community whilst learning the skills of sailing. Volunteer assistance is required in areas such as:

sailing crew
-
instructing
-
pontoon hands
-
recovery boat driver and/or crew
-
yacht rigging
-
volunteer coordination and rostering
-
bookings officer
-
publicity and promotions
-
fundraising and
-
social activity coordinator
No prior experience is required. All relevant training will be provided and opportunities to complete further qualifications are available. Volunteer hours are flexible and people of all levels of fitness are welcome. You don't need to be able to sail, we can teach you that too. All volunteers will need to obtain a "Working with Children Check" and have current COVID vaccinations.
